Corn Casserole...Yummy!!

Corn Casserole
(This is a re-make of a Recipe I got off P & R on Delphi Forum) many moons ago. In Bold are my changes ... Yummy!!
Put all these items in a large mixing bowl and mix well:

1/2 cup butter ( melted) may use margarine...but as Paula Dean says ..butters better!!
2 eggs (beaten)
1 (8.5 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
2 ( 15 oz cans) whole kernel corn ( drained)
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup + 1 heaping tablespoon sugar

3 slices of crisp bacon ( crumbled)
1/8 cup fine chopped bell peper ( this may be added or not)

1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a 9" x9" glass baking dish
Pour the well mixed batter in to baking dish,
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
Serve warm......Yummy!!
